This competition is open to all members of the Vanson Bourne Community that have received the ‘August survey’ email sent on behalf of the Promoter. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or business partners are not eligible to enter this competition.

Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to follow the link in the ‘September topic survey’ email and submit a fully completed online survey (the “Survey”). Only one entry allowed per person. No purchase necessary. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions

All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here. By entering this competition and in the event of winning you consent to the Promoter sharing your personal data with a third party for the sole purpose of distributing your prize. Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes

The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

There are 3 (three) prizes of 20 points (worth £10). The prizes are not transferable, and no alternative will be offered

The competition will be running from Thursday 28th September 2023 until Thursday 12th October 2023. The draw will take place on Friday 13th October 2023.

The winner of each prize will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received for the relevant draw.

The winners will each be notified by email within 14 days following the draw date with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

Details of the winners, first name and country of residence, will be obtainable after each draw date by request. The winner may be required to participate in post-competition publicity and the Promoter may use the winner’s details, such as first name, for publicity purposes.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions.
