You’ll be invited via email to participate in surveys relevant to your role and organisation. We’ll be upfront about how long the survey will take and the reward for your time.
Join one of our researchers in 1-2-1 interviews to discuss your thoughts and opinions of a range of technology and business-focused topics. Interviews are conducted over video call and are pre-arranged at a time that suits you.
We facilitate a group discussion, via video call, to gain insights from a small group of Community members. We ensure that the group respect confidentiality and that no identifying information can be shared.
At least every month we post a new topical discussion question, have your say and see what other Community members think about emerging trends in the technology sector.
Answer our poll questions and instantly see the results from the wider Community. New polls are posted frequently, focused on new trends and topical news stories.
These video interviews are topic-focused, enabling you to share your expertise and knowledge while being rewarded for your time.

As a Community member you’ll receive exclusive reports on research studies that you’ve taken part in as well as additional industry insights to enhance your knowledge.
All members are notified by email when new reports are available.
As a thank you for taking part in our research studies, we give you the option of receiving an Amazon Gift Card* or donating to one of our selected charities. Our current charities are Cancer Research UK, British Heart Foundation and Alzheimer’s Society. For every donation that you make to charity, Vanson Bourne Community will match that donation.
In addition to this when you reach set milestones in the number of online surveys you complete for us, we will donate an additional amount to charity. You will be notified when you reach these milestones and you’ll be able to choose which of our selected charities you would like the money to go to.
